Conference Registration Prices

Registration prices include meals, snacks, and all keynote, plenary, and workshop/paper sessions

Arrive by Thursday late afternoon and plan to leave after Saturday Vespers

(or stay until Sunday if that is more convenient for your travels)

Review the conference schedule

The conference will begin on Thursday, September 17th at 6:15 PM with a beautiful outdoor dinner beside the lodge and conference center. Fall evenings on the USML grounds are refreshing and memorable, plan to bring a layer so you can enjoy the full experience in comfort. Following dinner, we’ll move inside for the Keynote address. After the keynote, join fellow attendees for a relaxed reception to continue the conversation and connect.

Meals throughout the conference will be served by USML in their dining room which serves buffet style meals, including hot and cold items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Salad bar is included with lunch and dinner. Vegetarian options are available at all meals. Please indicate any dietary restrictions on your registration form, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Refund Policy:

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair as possible with our refund guidelines. Please review the following policy carefully before completing your registration. We ask for your patience as you make requests because all changes have to be made manually. We will do our best to accommodate all requests for changes.

  • Conference registration changes should be requested by August 25.
  • Any registration refund requests received after August 25 will likely not be reviewed until after the conference concludes.
  • We ask that all lodging reservation changes be requested by August 25, including room type changes, roommate changes, date changes, and cancellations.
  • All approved refunds will be processed minus a $25 processing fee.

Scholarship Application

OCAMPR values being able to provide support for students, early career professionals, clergy, and conference attendees who wish to attend the conference and are in need of financial assistance. There are a limited number of scholarships available to cover a portion of the registration fee. The scholarships do not apply to travel or lodging. You may be asked to volunteer some time during the conference if a scholarship is granted. If you are in need of additional assistance, please contact us, and we will do our best to help you attend the conference.

Lodging

Lodging is purchased separately from conference registration. For your convenience, both lodging and registration are completed through the same online platform during the registration process.

On‑site lodging at USML offers comfortable rooms equipped with fresh linens, towels, a desk, and a private bathroom with a stall shower. Wireless internet access is included.

The main floor of the lodge features a spacious lounge with comfortable seating, a 24‑hour beverage station (sodas, tea, coffee, water), and access to a printer

**If you choose double occupancy you must indicate the name of the other room occupant. Each person will pay separately for their half of the room and each person must indicate their roommate.
