Randa Karadsheh Anderson, Ph.D.
Dr. Randa Anderson is a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice. She completed her Doctorate in Psychology at the University of Chicago and her clinical training in the University of Chicago Hospital’s Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Michael Reese Medical Center and the Bradley Counseling Center. She is the host of the CrossRoad Institute’s podcast, “Digital Discernment,” which explores how the Orthodox faith brings clarity and purpose to our modern digital lives.
Dr. Anderson currently serves on the Board of Trustees of St. Vladimir’s Orthodox Theological Seminary. Additionally, she is a consultant to the Mental Health Ministries of the Assembly of Canonical Orthodox Bishops, through which she co-chaired the working group that created the National Directory of Orthodox Mental Health Professionals. Through Thriving in Ministries of the Orthodox Church in America, she facilitates peer learning groups for clergy wives.
Dr. Anderson has led multiple ministries within the Orthodox Church throughout her life and is inspired to lead OCAMPR because of its interdisciplinary foundation and its focus on offering collaboration, education, and community for Orthodox Christians in the healing professions. She also loves the Pan Orthodox nature of the organization, as she herself was baptized in a ROCOR parish, raised in the Antiochian Church, has been an active member of a Greek Orthodox parish for the past 33 years, and has close family members in the OCA. Dr. Anderson and her husband Keith are enjoying the empty nest phase of life with frequent travel and visits with their sons Mitry & Elias and daughter-in-law, Julia.

Dr. Sarah Byrne-Martelli is a Board Certified chaplain who has served in Acute Care and Hospice since 2002. She is the author of “Memory Eternal: Living with Grief as Orthodox Christians” (Ancient Faith, 2022) and is an Assistant Professor of Spiritual Care at St. Vladimir’s Orthodox Theological Seminary. After many years of clinical work, she is now a Research Fellow in Supportive Oncology at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, studying the intersection of palliative care and spiritual distress. She is on the faculty of the Harvard Medical School Center for Palliative Care and a 2022 Cambia Sojourns Scholar Leader. Sarah is endorsed as a chaplain by the Antiochian Orthodox Christian Archdiocese. She oversees the chaplaincy group within OCAMPR and mentors new chaplains from various Orthodox jurisdictions. She also co-hosts the Ancient Faith podcast “The Wounded Healer: Visiting Christ, Visiting the Sick, Visiting Ourselves.” Sarah regularly leads parish retreats, women’s retreats, and workshops related to spiritual care, grief, and bereavement. Sarah holds a Doctor of Ministry from St. Vladimir’s Orthodox Theological Seminary and a Master of Divinity from Harvard Divinity School. Sarah attends St. Mary Orthodox Church in Cambridge, MA, with her husband, Dr. Peter Martelli, and their son Rafael.

Helen Creticos Theodoropoulos, PhD
Dr. Helen Creticos Theodoropoulos is an Orthodox theologian and lecturer, and is currently adjunct professor at St. Sava Serbian Orthodox School of Theology in Libertyville, IL, teaching classes in Patristics. She has also served as adjunct faculty at the University of St. Mary of the Lake / Mundelein Seminary, Loyola University Chicago, and other area schools, with classes focusing on Orthodox history, theology and spirituality. She is a graduate of Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology (MTS) and the Divinity School of the University of Chicago (MA, PhD), where she received her doctorate in the fields of Theology and Church History.
Helen leads the Bible Study and teaches adult religious education at her home parish of Saints Peter and Paul Greek Orthodox Church in Glenview, IL, teaches Bible Study at Ascension of Our Lord Greek Orthodox Church in Lincolnshire, IL, and frequently lectures at area Orthodox Churches and conferences. She is past secretary of the Orthodox Theological Society in America, is secretary and on the board of the St. Phoebe Center for the Deaconess, and represents the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Chicago for Ecumenism Metro Chicago, the Ecumenical body supported by multiple area Churches. She and her husband Evan are parents of three and grandparents of two.

Todd Corbin, MPA
Todd Corbin currently works as the General Manager at Chino Basin Watermaster. Todd’s career, spanning 34 years in public utilities, finance, and executive leadership, offers a depth of experience and skills that he is eager to apply to his work on the OCAMPR Executive Board. He brings to the board talents in communication, strategic and financial planning, teambuilding, and innovation.
Todd’s academic credentials include a Masters degree in Public Administration, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Accounting, and a Certified Public Accountant license (currently inactive), which he integrates into all strategic decision-making processes.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Todd is deeply committed to supporting charitable causes and nonprofit organizations, embodying a sense of civic duty and social responsibility. He previously served as the treasurer for FaithTree Resources, an Orthodox nonprofit that produces educational resources for parishes.
Anchored by his devoted family – his wife of 35 years, three sons and their growing families – Todd finds fulfillment in nurturing personal connections and contributing to the well-being of his community. Having established Orange County as his home for over three decades, Todd’s affinity for sports is a personal passion which extends from his beloved hometown Pittsburgh Steelers to his adopted California teams, the Lakers, and Angels. Through his years of dedicated public service and multifaceted experiences, Todd strives to serve others, the public, and the Church in an ethical and effective manner. Being a lifetime Orthodox Christian, he believes strongly in the mission of OCAMPR and is eager to support his brothers and sisters in Christ who are serving and ministering to others.

Fr. Sean Levine serves on active duty with the U.S. Army as a military chaplain, holding the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. At present, Fr. Sean works in the Pentagon as the Force Management Officer for the U.S. Army Chief of Chaplains in Washington, DC. In addition to an M.Div. from St Vladimir’s (2010), Fr. Sean has M.A. degrees in Theological Studies and Biblical Studies from Asbury Seminary (2003, 2008), a M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Texas A&M University–Central Texas (2017), and a Doctor of Ministry from Erskine Theological Seminary (2023). Fr. Sean’s D.Min. dissertation, entitled “Pastoral Guidance: Theological Anthropology and the Art of Pastoral Care,” describes intersubjectivity and the dynamics of interpersonal encounters within an Orthodox understanding of human personhood. Fr. Sean has presented papers and workshops at OCAMPR’s Annual Conference and has published several articles and book chapters both through OCAMPR and in other venues. Working closely with the Orthodox Church in America’s Office of Pastoral Life, Fr. Sean and his wife, Mka. Jennifer, assisted in the writing of the Lilly Sustainability Grant for Thriving in Ministry, a peer-learning initiative for clergy and clergy spouses, and Fr. Sean has presented multiple times for the OCA’s clergy and clergy spouse online retreats on the topic of clergy/spouse/family care and wellness. Fr. Sean has been actively engaged with the Assembly of Canonical Orthodox Bishops’ Mental Health Ministries as a steering committee member and a consultant.

Katherine Strelkoff, MD
Katherine Strelkoff, MD is a semi-retired clinician-educator in family medicine who spent most of her career at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Strelkoff earned her medical degree from UCSF in 1980 after completing her undergraduate studies at California State University, Hayward. She completed her family medicine residency in the UCSF Department of Family and Community Medicine at San Francisco General Hospital. She has been a board certified family physician since 1984. Over her career, she is honored to have served as a primary care physician for people of diverse backgrounds, through all stages of life from prenatal care through end of life.
She also pursued advanced training in faculty development and leadership, earning credentials from UCSF’s Northern California Faculty Development Program and the UCSF-CORO Faculty Leadership Collaborative.
As a medical educator, Dr. Strelkoff taught medical students in their core family medicine longitudinal clerkship and in electives at UCSF Family Medicine Center at Lakeshore, and she supervised residents in their clinical work at the Family Health Center at San Francisco General Hospital. Beyond her formal teaching roles, she has offered mentorship, clinical guidance, and professional development to students, residents, and junior faculty. Her clinical and teaching excellence was recognized with the UCSF Exceptional Physician Award and teaching awards from the Haile T. Debas Academy of Medical Educators.
Dr. Strelkoff served as Medical Director of the UCSF Family Medicine Center at Lakeshore and subsequently as Chief of Service for the Department of Family and Community Medicine at UCSF Health.
Dr. Strelkoff continues to contribute to UCSF as recall faculty, combining her teaching, mentorship, and clinical skills to support her colleagues and the communities they serve.
Dr. Strelkoff was received into the Orthodox Church by chrismation on Orthodoxy Sunday 1982. She has appreciated the fellowship and thought-provoking presentations at OCAMPR Conferences and Community of Practice events. She is grateful for the opportunity to serve on the OCAMPR Executive Board and to deepen her involvement with the OCAMPR Community.

Mena Mesiha, MD, MTS
Mena Mesiha is an orthopedic surgeon with a subspecialty practice in Fall River, MA that is dedicated to the operative and nonoperative management of shoulder problems. He also holds a masters degree in theology from Boston College, which he completed in 2021 and included course work at the Hellenic College of Holy Cross in Brookline, MA. One of the many things that Mena loves about OCAMPR is that it is a place that unifies many of his diverse interests by creating a space where members share experiences on the spirituality of clinical practice. He has presented at the annual conference on Surgeons and the Unsolvable Problem and on Spiritual Exile as a Path to Discernment. As OCAMPR grows and broadens its mission, Mena hopes to facilitate communication with and encourage engagement with fellow Oriental Orthodox Christians, physicians, surgeons, and other potential associate members from the diverse pool of people that can benefit from and contribute to the mission of OCAMPR.

Deacon Dean Theophilos brings over a decade of experience as a licensed mental health therapist and addiction counselor, serving diverse populations across Minnesota and Illinois. His clinical expertise centers on the treatment of addiction and trauma, shaped by work in both Christian-based and secular treatment settings, where he integrates relational, somatic, and depth-oriented approaches to healing. He currently works at Northland Therapy Center in St. Paul, Minnesota, where he works with individuals and families navigating trauma, addiction, and complex psychological concerns.
Dn Dean is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Depth Psychology with a Specialization in Jungian Psychology and Archetypal Studies at Pacifica Graduate Institute. He holds a Master’s degree in Depth Psychology with a Specialization in Jungian Psychology and Archetypal Studies from Pacifica Graduate Institute and a Master of Arts in Addiction Counseling (Advanced Practice) from the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School of Addiction Studies. His professional training includes EMDR certification through EMDR International Association, advanced education in structural dissociation for complex trauma, and studies through the Minnesota Seminar in Jungian Studies, a program affiliated with the Inter-Regional Society of Jungian Analysts.
As an ordained Deacon in the Greek Orthodox Church of America, he serves at St. George Greek Orthodox Church in St. Paul, Minnesota. Dn Deacon has been a frequent guest lecturer for the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Chicago, speaking on the intersections of mental health, spirituality, and pastoral care, and has served in leadership roles, including Orthodox Christian Prison Ministry in Minnesota. Dn Dean shares his life with his wife, Diakonessa Leigh-Ann, who is also a mental health therapist, and together they are raising their three sons: Theodoros, Nehemiah, and Basil.
