In October 2025, over 175 OCAMPR members and supporters came together for fellowship, learning, networking and growing as a community of Orthodox Christian professionals in medicine, psychology and religion.

Many diverse professions were represented, including, Nurses, Surgeons, Physicians, Psychologists, Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists, Social Workers, Students, Chaplains, Deacons, Parish Priests, Theologians, Life Coaches, and more.

Attendees came from 34 states and 2 countries outside the USA.

2025 - Fr Sean workshop

NEW THIS YEAR

A clergy-only workshop led by Fr. Sean Levine, D.Min., M.A.T.S., M.A.B.S., M.Div., M.S. (MFT), titled “Trauma and the Passions: A Workshop for Confessors.”

Priests participated in this enriching workshop to deepen their understanding of trauma and the passions, enhancing their ability to offer compassionate and effective pastoral care. *Note recording is of the presentation only and not the discussion afterwards.

THE 2025 EXHIBIT HALL

This year’s exhibit hall featured five vendor organizations and seven exhibiting organizations. Throughout the day and during scheduled breaks, the hall remained a popular destination where attendees browsed offerings, engaged in conversation, and built connections.

EXHIBITOR HOSTED BREAKOUT SESSIONS

On Friday evening, two exhibitors hosted small-group breakout sessions for attendees interested in learning more about their work.

The Hellenic Foundation’s financial support helped OCAMPR provide conference scholarships and expand OCAMPR’s Chicago area outreach, enabling more people to attend the conference while also keeping costs down for all 2025 conference attendees.
