Conference Ticket Prices
Registration prices include meals, snacks, and all keynote, plenary, and workshop/paper sessions
Arrive by Thursday late afternoon and plan to leave after Saturday Vespers
Thursday dinner is now included in the conference registration price! Enjoy a delicious meal in the elegant USML dining room and then hear the Keynote presentation immediately after dinner. There will also be a reception following the keynote (also included in the price).
Meals will be served by USML in their dining room which serves buffet style meals, including hot and cold items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Salad bar is included with lunch and dinner. Vegetarian options are available at all meals. Please indicate any dietary restrictions on your registration form, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Scholarship Application
OCAMPR values being able to provide support for students, early career professionals, clergy, and conference attendees who wish to attend the conference and are in need of financial assistance. There are a limited number of scholarships available to cover a portion of the registration fee. The scholarships do not apply to travel or lodging. You may be asked to volunteer some time during the conference if a scholarship is granted. If you are in need of additional assistance, please contact us, and we will do our best to help you attend the conference.

Lodging
As of 8/20/24 Lodging at the conference center is now fully booked. For those that still need lodging, we have secured a group room block at the nearby Sonesta Simply Suites at 1100 US-45, Libertyville, IL. Rooms (Queen Suites) are $84 per night. These discounted rates will be available through September 12, 2024 or possibly sooner until the room block is filled.

A note about the hotel: It is about a mile from the conference center. There will not be shuttle service to and from USML, but given the close proximity, an Uber or Lyft ride will be inexpensive. There also is the possibility of people staying in the hotel coordinating a carpool with those who have a car.

USML Lodging Details:
Lodging on site at USML in comfortable rooms equipped with fresh linens, towels, desk space and private bathroom with stall shower. Wireless internet access is included. On the main floor of the lodge, there is a large lounge with comfy seating, a 24 hour beverage station (sodas, tea, coffee, water), and access to a printer.
Lodge Registration desk open until 10pm. If you plan on arriving later than 10pm, please call 847-970-4815 (Public Safety) when you arrive.
Please note that children are not allowed at USML with the exception of nursing infants. Some other exceptions may apply to this rule, so please contact ocamprconference@gmail.com for questions.
No outside food or beverages are allowed in the common areas of the lodge and conference center.
